Policies
Payment
You may pay for your enrollment via credit card, purchase order, or check. Payment is required before class begins. If paying by purchase order or check, T3 Training will send the invoice upon registration.
Cancellation Policy
T3 Training will make every effort to ensure each course is delivered as advertised. However, T3 Training reserves the right to modify course content and materials as required in the interests of continuous course improvement. T3 Training also reserves the right to make reasonable changes to course start dates, end dates, time-tables, and course location. Students will be given sufficient notice of any such changes.
If the case of unforeseen circumstances or of insufficient numbers enrolled into a course, T3 Training reserves right to cancel a course. Such decisions will be made at least one week before the scheduled course date; every effort will be made to avoid cancellations.
Our Customer Service Department will notify you via phone or e-mail if any changes are made to your scheduled class (i.e. change of date, venue, or cancellation). Be sure to add registration@t3train.com to your e-mail address book so you are sure to receive these messages.
Application Classes: A computer application class may be cancelled and/or rescheduled with no penalty up to five (5) full business days prior to the date of the class. Failure to cancel and/or reschedule five (5) full business days prior to the date of the class will result in the full (100%) class fee plus a $50 administrative fee. Please note that substitutions can be made at any time to avoid the administrative fee.
Technical Classes: A technical class may be cancelled and/or rescheduled with no penalty up to ten (10) full business days prior to the date of the class. Failure to cancel and/or reschedule ten (10) full business days prior to the date of the class will result in the full (100%) class fee plus a $100 administrative fee. Please note that substitutions can be made at any time to avoid the administrative fee.
Private, Onsite, and Custom Classes: A private, onsite, or custom class may be cancelled and/or rescheduled with no penalty up to fifteen (15) full business days prior to the date of the class. Failure to cancel and/or reschedule fifteen (15) full business days prior to the date of the class will result in the full (100%) class fee plus a $150 administrative fee.
Inclement Weather Policy or Local/National Disaster
T3 Training tries to make every effort to hold training classes. To inquire if your training class has been cancelled or delayed due to inclement weather or local/national disaster, please call (262) 439-4079. A recording will let you know the status of your class. If class needs to be cancelled due to inclement weather or local/national disaster, you will not be penalized and T3 Training will work with you to reschedule the training class as quickly as possible.
